Olivia Palermo is quickly becoming one of my favorite style icons. Her style is always chic and sophisticated but at the same time edgy and fun.

Casual look with the cargo pants and tee shirt that’s a little sporty with the sneakers, but still chic with the navy blazer over it.

Adorable shift dress from Free People, that is sweet and girly with a boho touch to it.

Girly, casual, and a little preppy. The silver sneakers add a cool edge to the look.

Bohemiam long sheer skirt and layered necklaces with a girly purple sweater over it.

Spices aren’t only for adding flavor.. Many spices contain more antioxidants than fruits and vegetables. Some of the best spices for mega health benefits are:
. Cumin: Cumin is of good source of iron, lowers glucose levels and helps prevent stomach ulcers. Black cumin helps with arthritis.
. Parsley: It helps prevent cancer cell growth. Experts advise to add a couple pinches of fresh minced parsley to your dishes daily.
. Cinnamon: Stabilizes blood sugar. Adding a teaspoon of cinnamon to your food/beverage everyday helps people with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar.
. Ginger: Ginger helps to soothe upset stomaches and fight arthritis.
. Turmeric: It inhibits tumors and quells inflammation. Turmeric paste can be applied to wounds to help speed up healing and drinking turmeric tea helps to relieve colds and respiratory problems.
. Rosemary: Helps to enhance mental focus and fights foodborne bacteria.
. Sage: Sipping sage is recommended by herbalists for sore throats and upset stomaches. It may also help to improve symptoms ofAlzheimer’s.
. Chile pepper: This hot spice actually helps to trigger the body’s cooling systems. And Capsaicin, a pungent found in chile, revs up the body’s metabolism and helps boost fat burning. Capsaicin also helps in lowering the risks of ulcers.
. Saffron: Saffron helps boost your mood and relieve symptoms of Pms.

Walking along the Venice beach shops

Venice canals

Beautiful Venice houses
Last week me, my mom, and friend took a last minute trip to L.A. The day starting super early.. Waking up at 4:30 and getting on the road at 6 am. As soon as we arrived we had to do some writing up in the Viviene Westwood showroom. Then, it was play time. We shopped, went to different restuarants, went to a beautiful hotel rooftop dinner party. The next day we headed to Venice! It was my first time there. I loved it. So beautiful. We walked a lot, did some shopping, walked into little neighborhoods, went to the Venice canals, and ate at a cool little vegan restaurant there called Seed. I had a lot of fun, and I definetly plan on going back again soon! Hope you’re all enjoying your weekend! Xo
Awesome 80s jacket with huge shoulder pads
I picked out SO much vinyl
Yesterday, my mom and friend Erica took me to a really cool vintage store. It’s their secret spot so I can’t tell! I had fun trying on tons of sunglasses, hats, biker jackets with huge shoulder pads, and picking out tons and tons of vintage vinyl records.
